How much do your cakes cost?  

 

All of my cakes are custom made to order, therefor there is no set 'price list'.

The price of each cake can vary greatly with design chosen, number of servings required, the complexity of the design, complexity of the skills required to produce, ingredients needed and supplies.

Details such as hand made figurines, sugar flowers, shaping/sculpting of cake will all alter the final price.

I have included a budget area on the contact form, Please fill in this section as this helps me to suggest suitable designs that will fit in with your budget. 

 

How much notice is required to order a cake? 

 

I take orders up to 1 year in advance, the more notice you can give the better as I do tend to book out fast.

I require 4 week’s notice as a minium  to ensure that there is plenty of time to discuss and confirm your design and details. 

 

In some circumstances I may be able to squeeze in an order with short notice. This is dependant apon my schedule and the amount of work that is required, so be sure to ask!

 

How much is delivery?

 

Carasmatic Cake Studio is situated in Wesburn in the Yarra Valley.

I offer free local delivery to surrounding suburbs:

Woori Yallock, Launching Place, Yarra Junction, Wesburn, Millgrove and Warburton.

I also offer free delivery for orders over $250 within 30km of WESBURN. Delivery charges thereafter will vary depending on the distance from WESBURN. The total price of delivery will be advised apon enquiry.

Shipping via Air service can be arranged for interstate deliveries. This is done via counter-to-counter service though Qantas Freight and must be picked up at your local airport withiin a given time frame. This is an Airport to Airport service. Costs of this service will be determined by the overall size of cake, cake weight and destination the cake will be travelling to.

Do you conduct face to face consultations/ tastings? 

 

Carasmatic Cake Studio may arrange a face to face consultation if a large or complex order is being placed. This will be determined after the enquiry form (on my contact page) has been filled out and any reference images have been sent.

This business is predominantly a web based business, I preffer to keep conversations online via email so I can refer back to all information and conversations in the one place.

Upon request I offer a tasting of 3 chosen flavours for wedding cake orders that have been booked and a deposit has been paid.

Do you make allergy friendly and gluten free cakes?

 

Unfortunately at this stage I am unable to cater to special dietary requirements. I use nuts eggs and dairy  most days therefore I cannot guarantee there won't be trace elements of specific allergens.
