I started my home based studio almost two years ago with the helpful push from a few friends. 

I am a completely self-taught cake sculptor and artist situated in the picturesque Yarra Valley in Victoria, Australia. I combine sculpting skills with freehand airbrushing techniques to produce my pieces.

 I love to enter cake decorating competitions as it pushes me out of my comfort zone to create new and exciting edible works of art, of which I have been awarded numerous prizes, including several from ‘The Melbourne Royal Show’ and ‘Cake Bake and Sweets Show’.

Previously, I was a self-employed sign-writer and airbrush artist. My work was featured in several
car and bike magazines many years ago. My favourite aspect was freehand airbrushing show cars and motorbikes.
